Free Initial Consultation My goal is to make the grantwriting process as smooth as possible for your organization. The initial consultation will give you an opportunity to ask me questions and get honest feedback on what to expect.
Prospect Research Receive a detailed list of foundation and corporations whose interests match the work of your organization or project. Deadlines, contact information, and application instructions are included.
Grantwriting Receive drafted letters of interest and complete applications. Narrative will accurately describe your project or program and tell the story of your organization. Grantwriting includes research on community needs, demographics, related statistics, and program evaluation plans.
Grants Management Have your prospect research and grant submissions tracked to provide timely acknowledgement letters and reports to funders.
United Way Have a facilitated staff meeting on outcome management. I will help staff follow data collection from an initial client visit to reporting program outcomes. Receive online drafts for submissions of applications, data collection plans, and reports.
Consultation and Training I am also available to review grants that you have written and provide feedback. I provide grantwriting training on-site to your staff as well as provide a free community grantwriting training yearly. I am always available to answer your questions.

Professional grantwriters do not work on commission. Rather they work on a hourly or project basis. I prefer to work with clients who can put me on a retainer to provide ongoing grants management year round. This provides organizations the opportunity to respond to emergent funding opportunities as well as plan a yearly calendar of grant submissions. I am also available to provide services for a specific project or by the hours on a limited basis.
